1. Agreement
By downloading or using BP Log, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What BP Log is
BP Log is a personal log for blood pressure readings that you enter manually from a home cuff.
BP Log:
- Does not measure blood pressure
- Is not a medical device
- Does not provide medical advice or diagnosis
- Does not replace a doctor or emergency care
Always follow your clinician’s guidance. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Zone labels (Normal, Elevated, etc.) are informational classifications based on guidelines you select. They are not a diagnosis.
3. Free features and BP Log Pro
Free (always):
- Add, edit, and delete readings
- Full history on your device
- 3-day trend chart
- JSON backup export and import
BP Log Pro (paid):
- Doctor PDF report
- Excel and CSV export
- Extended charts (7, 14, 90 days, and all readings)
- Daily reminders
- Home Screen widgets
Exact Pro features may change slightly as we improve the App, but the free diary will remain free.
4. Subscriptions and payments
BP Log Pro is sold through Apple In-App Purchases.
Plans (as configured in the App Store):
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription, which may include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers (if offered in your storefront)
Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Apple charges your Apple ID account.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Trial: If a free trial is offered on the yearly plan, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under Apple’s rules.
Manage or cancel: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BP Log.
Restore: Use Restore Purchases on the paywall if you reinstall or change devices.
Refunds: Handled by Apple under Apple Media Services policies. We do not process refunds directly.
We may change subscription prices in the App Store; Apple will notify you when required.
5. Lifetime and other products
If we offer additional products in the future (for example a one-time lifetime unlock), they will appear in the App and App Store with their own terms shown at purchase.
6. Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of readings you enter and for how you use exported reports (PDF, Excel, CSV, backup files).
Do not rely on BP Log as your only medical record unless your clinician agrees.
7. HealthKit
If you enable Apple Health integration, you authorize BP Log to write the readings you enter. You can disable this at any time.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App for unlawful purposes
- Reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law
- Attempt to interfere with purchases or security features
9. Intellectual property
BP Log, its design, and branding are owned by FIVI APPS or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ACCURACY OF HEALTH INFORMATION.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIVI APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR BP LOG PRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $10 IF YOU USE ONLY FREE FEATURES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
12. Children
BP Log is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the App.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted at the same URL. Continued use means acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
